Orientation Committee members meet with New Members before INITIATION, when they learn what is involved in belonging to Gateway Elks Lodge #2411.	Interview Applicants meet with a member of this Committee to discuss why they want to be an Elk and to "get to know you".

Meadowood Springs Camp  The committee that works for one of our major state charities, Meadowwood Summer Camp for Hearing & Speech Impaired Children. Ritual  Preparing our officers to properly conduct the rituals of our Order

Scholarship One of the programs of the Gateway Lodge which supports youth is the Gateway Elks Scholarship Fund.  This fund has non-profit status and operates under state and federal guides. The purpose of the fund is to provide future funding for Gateway Lodge's Scholarship Committee. Donations may be of any denomination & may be used as memorials.  The donation may be helpful to individual donors at tax time. (Individual donors should consult with their tax advisors.) Donations may be sent to the Gateway Elks Lodge Office. CLICK HERE to learn more about this committee	Sick and Visitation Committee members visit sick or injured members in their homes or in the hospital to bring them some cheer and to let them know that their fellows are thinking about them and wish them a speedy recovery.
